Change Management, helping people adapt.
What is the purpose of the Change Management process, by definition, to control the lifecycle of all changes, enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services. Do you agree? Change management is a structured and careful approach to making sure that changes are smoothly implemented and that there are lasting benefits to those changes. It focuses on the wider impacts of change as well, focusing on how individuals and teams transition to the new norm.
