The Role of IT in Digital Transformation Are you where you want to be? There are four distinct roles that IT can potentially play in its company’s Digital Transformation (DX) activities. These roles are Observer, Requestor, Implementor and Leader. The role that IT is allowed to play is based on two primary determining factors, IT’s organizational clout within the overall company and IT’s willingness and ability to innovate. Where would you put your role today and where do you want it to be. In this session learn about the different roles IT can fulfill and what steps you need to take in your roadmap to fulfill the role you believe is right for your IT organization.
