What are the keys to being a successful leader in times of change. Not centered specifically on change driven by technology, more on change from a broad perspective. During times of change, how do you orchestrate/motivate the entire organization through the change to achieve the desired outcomes as efficiently and effectively as possible?
In this session learn the keys to success from a leaders perspective. Understand how to assess yourself and your organization in terms of what it takes to be successful. Learn what approaches to take to strengthen specific areas requiring development, both personal and at an organizational level. Validate your plan of action with your peers.
This session is a blend of set-up keynote presentation, a cooperative working session with your your peers and, finally, a participant feedback session on key learnings and takeaways.
You should expect to walk away with your own next step or steps to your ability to lead change.
